Understanding their pain points is also immensely important, as you will eventually need to address those pain points and provide solutions for them. It would be ideal if these solutions are in the form of the product/service you’re selling.

3. Carry Out a Thorough Research of Your Competitors

Before chalking out a comprehensive content strategy, it is imperative for you to carry out research about your competitors. This will allow you to comprehend which definitive tactics and content strategies will work out best in your favour. Leveraging upon a strategy employed by a competitor, and bettering the same by employing your own twist is a deft marketing tactic most companies availing digital marketing services use. You should do the same.

This simple exercise will help you improve immensely while allowing you to identify your errors and executing effective ideas that hold the potential to go viral. Once you decide upon the KPIs that are most relevant to your social goals, track them on a monthly or bi-weekly basis in order to measure the progress of your campaigns. Apart from this, you can take the help of various tools that offer detailed analytics – based on this data, you can perform A/B testings and work out what’s best for you.
