1. Dieting and Workout Both Are Essential for Fitness, Salman Khan

According to Salman khan, disciplined workout schedule and diet plan both are necessary to stay healthy and fit. Be dedicated and determined to your workout routine and devote 3 hours per day to workout. Cycling and swimming are the best exercises to stay fit. Though he has a cheat day once in a week, he burns extra calories through rigorous exercise.

4. Daily Exercise for 45 minutes Is Compulsory, Alia Bhatt

5. Increase Strength and Flexibility through Exercises, Hrithik Roshan

Hrithik Roshan’s exercise includes cardio, power workout and stretching workout to maintain his body. To stay fit, he does cardio exercises for 30 minutes. He gives importance to circuit training for muscle building and toning. He does circuit training for 30 minutes.

John Abraham’s fitness tips include a strict diet plan, strict workout routine and sound sleep. His diet plan comprises of heavy breakfast, natural sugars from fruits, low carbs and low salts. John Abraham drinks plenty of water every day.

8. Walking helped Kareena Kapoor to Lose Weight

9. Give Importance to Calisthenics & Polymetrics, Taaha Shah

According to Taaha Shah, Calisthenics & Polymetrics are the best ways to get the right sculpted physique. To get a fit body and to build muscles, hitting the gym and weight training is essential. But callisthenics and polymetrics are equally important as going to the gym for strength training.

To him, if you can’t get time to exercise, at least walk for 20 minutes a day for keeping your body fit. Akshay Kumar is involved in martial arts. He is the winner of black belt in Taekwondo. He has proved that age is just a number in case of fitness.
